He found out that they were feeding some berries. When he tried these berries, he got a sense of exhilaration and proclaimed his discovery to the world.

Great coffee starts with the farmers, who might spend a lot of time perfecting their approach to producing high-quality coffee. Therefore, it’s important to know where the coffee comes from and the circumstances of each farm. Also, the conditions of the labour should be thoroughly examined to make sure that it is a fair trade. Fair trade is also about making sure that each party is compensated fairly for their production.
- Art of Roasting
Coffee roasting is not just about knowing how to use a roasting machine. It’s about knowing the characteristics of the selected coffee. After the selection of great quality beans, it’s important to define the roasting profile. Roasting profiles are the roaster’s way of knowing how to unlock those characteristics as well as adapting to the consumer's taste.
- Coffee Brewing
After roasting the coffee, comes the importance of using the appropriate brewing method. Here comes the knowledge of the beans’ origins and their flavour profiles to decide which methods would be best for them. Each part of the process is about reaching the full potential of the beans’ flavours.
